Throughout her career, Anastasia has worked in anti-corruption compliance and government relations, digital projects, and legal tech. On top of that, she has experience with contractual work and intellectual property. Over the past few years, corporate law has been central to Anastasia’s work, including M&A transactions involving Russian and foreign assets, structuring joint ventures, and supporting businesses in corporate and registration procedures.

In her spare time, Anastasia enjoys reading, watching movies, and sports such as horseback riding, snowboarding, surfing, and fitness.

• Representing a fund under an investment partnership agreement in transactions involving the acquisition of portfolio companies (deal values starting from RUB 200 million).
• Advising the seller on the sale of Russian assets owned by a foreign legal entity. Deal value: RUB 1 billion; the transaction required Government Commission approval.
• Structuring 15+ option programs for JSCs and LLCs across various industries.
• Supporting investment rounds for both early-stage and more mature companies.
• Structuring a joint venture in the online education industry.
