We restructured a family office operating dozens of trading teams into a regulated fund licensed in the BVI and the Cayman Islands. We designed the fund architecture, obtained licenses, and prepared the full suite of fund documentation.

Unlocking over $200,000 after the Mt. Gox Bankruptcy

We secured the release of client funds frozen by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through targeted filings and representation.

Market Makers

We structured the crypto market-maker operating on 30+ centralized and decentralized exchanges with a combined daily volume exceeding $20 million. Our work included regulatory analysis and full corporate and contractual setup.

The resulting structure isolates regulatory and operational risks and supports global expansion.

Staking Product in a Non-Custodial Wallet

We advised a market leader on launching a staking product inside a non-custodial wallet. We analyzed FinCEN and SEC positions and confirmed that no money-transmitter registration was required.

Prop Trading Platform

We audited the international structure of a prop trading business with challenges of up to $200,000 per participant, identified EU risks, and proposed compliant operational solutions.

Launchpad and Trading Terminal
