Roman is one of the original founders of the firm. He focuses on corporate law, intellectual property, and financial technologies, working with both corporate clients and startups.
Attention, you are about to start reading a section where lawyers usually brag about their education, clients and multi-million dollar deals. Here is my account.
My passion is to help entrepreneurs trying to make the world a better place with navigating the legal challenges they face along the way. This has translated into our firm’s focus on emerging technologies and investment deals. As such, we love working with startups and early-stage investors, but also with corporations and governments embracing the winds of change.
I graduated from law school with honors and received a business degree from a leading Dutch university. No less valuable were short online courses on game theory and computer science that I accidentally completed in between.
When not practicing law and reading about tech, I enjoy snowboarding and surfing.
Evgeny is a New York-licensed attorney and head of the firm’s U.S. law practice. He specializes in corporate transactions, intellectual property protection, and civil litigation.
My transactional practice is focused on incorporation, capital-raising, technology transfers, and trademark registration. I also have significant experience litigating intellectual property disputes at the U.S. federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the New York State Supreme Court.
In my time away from the law, I read the New York Times and Meduza, run in city parks, travel the world with my wife, sing Bon Jovi at karaoke bars, watch standup on Netflix, and try the latest craft brews in search of the perfect pilsner.
