Alexandra’s legal practice began in an interesting field — immigration law. Working with a skilled legal team, she helped talented founders expand internationally. That experience became the foundation of her transition into corporate law, as building a business inevitably becomes a key issue after relocation. Since then, Alexandra has continued to develop her practice in this area, gaining experience and strengthening professional expertise. She advises and supports businesses both in the early stages of formation and with post-incorporation matters that arise as they grow and evolve.

In 2023, after gaining substantial experience in company formation and ongoing legal support, Alexandra joined Skala — a legal platform for startups. They assist businesses at various stages of development and build a wide range of tools designed to simplify their legal operations.

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys playing tennis. It is a great way to step away from legal work, reset, and recharge with the energy needed to reach new goals.
