I started my career in traditional legal practice, but over time I found myself increasingly drawn to the crypto space — a fast-moving, unconventional, and constantly evolving industry. What began as a personal interest in digital assets gradually developed into my professional specialization.

Today, I advise investment funds as well as crypto and fintech startups on token launch structuring, draft investment agreements (SAFTs, SAFEs, Token Warrants), work directly with exchanges and regulators, and prepare full legal documentation packages for platforms (from Terms of Use to Token Sale Terms).

In my practice, I aim to balance legal precision with practical business needs, helping clients build solutions that protect their projects without slowing growth.

• Provided full legal support for a client’s fundraising round exceeding $2 million.
• Prepared more than 15 legal opinions on U.S. and EU regulatory compliance for market-making platforms, liquid staking protocols, prop-trading services, yield-bearing stablecoins, and RWA tokenization projects.
• Drafted legal opinions evaluating whether tokens qualify as securities under U.S. law.
• Prepared and filed Form ADV for investment managers operating as Exempt Reporting Advisers.
• Drafted a Game Publishing Agreement for a project listing third-party developer applications.
