I work on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, employment and migration law issues, particularly on assisting foreign clients establish a legal presence in Russia. I have experience advising on IP, data privacy matters, commercial contracts and international employment, including the engagement of foreign personnel in Russia. Also, I’m regularly involved in conducting legal due diligence of both Russian and international companies.

In my time away from law practice, I learn about cognitive science and American history, enjoy swimming, walk my dog and watch interviews with interesting people.
