My work includes registering companies across various U.S. states and offshore jurisdictions, preparing corporate documents, and handling procedures related to obtaining tax identification numbers and maintaining corporate records.

I assist with corporate law matters, business structuring, and relations between company stakeholders. I prepare documents for opening corporate bank accounts and for completing banking compliance procedures. In addition, I interact with tax and registration authorities, monitor reporting deadlines, and keep corporate information up to date.

In my free time, I enjoy sports and hiking — which helps me maintain energy, focus, and balance in my work and everyday life.
