More About

Elena

I specialize in supporting companies and startups entering the U.S. market. My work includes registering companies across various U.S. states and offshore jurisdictions, preparing corporate documents, and handling procedures related to obtaining tax identification numbers and maintaining corporate records.

I assist with corporate law matters, business structuring, and relations between company stakeholders. I prepare documents for opening corporate bank accounts and for completing banking compliance procedures. In addition, I interact with tax and registration authorities, monitor reporting deadlines, and keep corporate information up to date.

In my free time, I enjoy sports and hiking — which helps me maintain energy, focus, and balance in my work and everyday life.
