At Buzko Krasnov, Lukiana advises clients on all aspects of trademark law, from clearance searches and registrability opinions to U.S. and international filings, office action responses, and portfolio maintenance. She helps startups and established businesses build brand strategies that align with their commercial goals, and counsels clients on licensing, coexistence, and settlement agreements.

Lukiana has filed and prosecuted a high volume of trademark applications before the USPTO and managed global portfolios through the Madrid Protocol. Her enforcement experience spans monitoring, cease-and-desist practice, and contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Before joining Buzko Krasnov, Lukiana managed trademark portfolios for high-profile clients in aerospace, high-end fashion, medical technology, audio technology, and agricultural engineering at a boutique intellectual property firm, and counseled hundreds of individuals and small businesses on brand protection at a leading online legal services company. Most recently, she supported legal professionals nationwide on complex research and AI-enhanced legal tools at a global legal information provider.

Outside of her legal practice, Lukiana enjoys ceramics, printmaking, and egg tempera painting. She loves the outdoors and spends her free time sailing and hiking.
