More about Peter

I am experienced in general commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, federal investigations, and blockchain-related litigation. Throughout my career, I have worked in every phase of litigation, starting with managing discovery and finishing with representing clients in state and federal court. I also advised several startups on compliance with securities law.

When I take a case, even at the earliest stages, I think about my closing argument in front of a jury. Few cases go to trial these days, but truthfully telling a client's story is still the most important aspect of litigation at every phase. I take an aggressive, narrative-driven approach to litigation that emphasizes the client's experience and gives us the best chances of success at trial.

Outside of the law, I take lessons in classical vocal performance and sing in as many choirs as my schedule allows.
