Our Specialization

Platform & Developer Disputes

We act for app developers, platform-based businesses, and digital product companies in disputes with major online ecosystems such as app stores, social networks, and online service platforms. We challenge wrongful takedowns and suspensions, escalate and review moderation decisions, seek reinstatement of apps and accounts, and handle IP and commercial disputes on and off platform.

Fintech & Crypto Disputes

We provide a wide range of legal services to cryptocurrency issuers, DAOs, NFT projects, infrastructure providers, exchanges, miners, and other players in the crypto industry. Our cases often involve blocked or frozen assets and accounts, conflicts over smart contracts and custody, regulatory and enforcement actions, and claims of fraud or misrepresentation in digital asset and fintech markets.

Investment Funds & Investor Disputes

We act for fund managers, investors, and portfolio companies in disputes arising from fund documents, side letters, and governance arrangements. We handle GP-LP conflicts, shareholder and joint venture breakdowns, and claims tied to misrepresentation, fiduciary duties, and failed or distressed transactions, with a strong grasp of complex fund and capital structures.

Intellectual Property & Trademark Disputes

We enforce and defend IP rights, particularly trademarks, in U.S. courts and before administrative bodies. Our work includes infringement and unfair competition cases, online brand and marketplace enforcement, domain and social handle disputes, and conflicts over IP ownership between founders, developers, and commercial partners.

Cross-Border Tools & Ancillary Services

In cross-border matters, we obtain U.S. evidence for use in foreign court and arbitration proceedings under 28 U.S.C. § 1782. We also help recognize and enforce foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the United States, turning successful outcomes abroad into enforceable relief against U.S.-based assets and counterparties.
