My legal career has followed a non-linear path. After completing my legal education in Russia and the United States, I spent seven years working on international projects in large financial and energy companies.

I then moved into tech, where for five years I managed digital products and projects. This experience taught me to speak the same language as developers and tech founders and to see how legal decisions shape real products, teams, and roadmaps.

My interest in blockchain and crypto was a natural continuation of this trajectory, bringing together my legal training and hands-on experience in the tech sector. In recent years, I have focused on supporting technology projects in the Fintech & Crypto space, including mining, tokenization, and exchange infrastructure.

I am drawn to matters where there are no ready-made answers and enjoy exploring new legal and technical domains. Outside of work, I enjoy trail running.

• Advised a tech company on asset tokenization using a hybrid digital rights framework.
  
• Advised dozens of clients on legalizing mining activities, including obtaining mining infrastructure operator status in Russia.
  
• Structured $10 million of foreign investment into Russian mining projects for a group of international investors.
  
• Prepared a legal opinion on the legal characterization of the developer fee (dev fee) in distributed mining arrangements.
  
• Conducted an IP audit and formalized rights to a startup’s software, including registering exclusive rights with Rospatent and drafting an EULA.
  
• Developed the legal model and roadmap for launching a crypto exchange platform targeting Russian users.
  
• Advised on cross-border payment flows in the context of sanctions and counter-sanctions restrictions.
