Sarafan Mobile Ltd. v. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. (ND Cal. 2024)

Represented plaintiff mobile app developer in an action challenging the removal of its application from Google Play after Meta’s complaint asserting violations of its trademark rights. Secured reinstatement of the app as part of a comprehensive settlement after moving for a temporary restraining order.‍
