I am deeply passionate about private law, especially corporate law — all of my academic work during my studies at HSE University and St. Petersburg State University has been devoted to this field.

My professional journey began in the insolvency sector. After gaining valuable experience, including work in related areas, I transitioned into dispute resolution. I enjoy navigating complex, high-stakes matters and value the impact that well-crafted legal arguments can have on clients’ businesses.

Outside of law, I have a strong interest in coffee culture — I’ve even taken several classes to refine my barista skills. Recently I discovered snowboarding and am fully immersed in learning the sport. When time allows, I pick up my electric guitar and attempt to master new riffs.

• Participated in a SIAC arbitration representing a Dutch shipbuilder in a dispute with a Russian counterparty.
• Participated in an ICC arbitration representing a European based corporation in a dispute with a Russian state enterprise.
• Contributed to proceedings aimed at unfreezing assets of Russian investors locked in Euroclear.
• Assisted in representing a European company in Russian Arbitration court in a dispute with a Russian counterparty over damages arising out of exchange rate differences.
• Participated in representing a major creditor in bankruptcy proceedings involving one of the largest waste management companies in Novosibirsk (Russia), with a debt totaling over 2 billion rubles.
• Assisted in representing a leading Russian fertilizer producer in multiple disputes with contractors and suppliers.
